Philosophy of Care

Dana is a Licensed Psychotherapist. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, and is certified as a Chemical Addiction Counselor. She has provided treatment for over 20 years in the field of Mental and Behavioral Health

Dana uses an eclectic mix of modalities to meet the unique needs of every client. Through providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment, Dana helps clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns. Areas of focus are depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, and addiction.

Dana believes that treating others with compassion, seeing them through the eyes of empathy, and working with her clients to meet their needs mentally, physically and spiritually are paramount to client’s wellness and success.

Tiffany Washington received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Marygrove College in Detroit Michigan and a Master of Social Work Degree from Wayne State University. Tiffany has been a fully licensed Social Worker with the State of Michigan since 2011.

Tiffany has been in the field of Social Work for 16 years and her specialties include Substance Abuse and Geriatrics. She has worked in Community Mental Health primarily with clients who have been diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression and Schizophrenia. Tiffany also specializes in Life Management skills programming with people who are transitioning out of or into different stages of life and need a fresh start.

Crystal Smith, LPC

Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an advanced specialization in treating children and adolescents from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She has over 15 years in the mental health field working with clients to improve life satisfaction.

Crystal is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
