Deidra offers services in English and American Sign Language Deidra Fuller, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, has over 15 years partnering with adults in their personal journeys freeing themselves from addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, adjusting to life transitions and relationship challenges. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Interpretation: ASL/English and completed her graduate studies at the University of Texas-Austin, receiving her Masters in Education in Special Education: Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a fluent user of American Sign Language and had a successful 30+ year career as a nationally licensed sign language interpreter.

Deidra believes that all clients have the answers they seek, within themselves and only needs a “tour guide” to find the path to those answers. She uses Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Motivational Interviewing, focusing on strengths, mindfulness, spirituality, development of coping skills and utilizes Solution Focused approach.

Deidra seeks to be your “tour guide” to self-discovery, reducing your depression/anxiety, learning coping skills to stop addictive patterns and behaviors, understanding your trauma and how it has

Joy is a Board Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who is qualified to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for adults, adolescents and children. Some of her practice specialties include but are not limited to; Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Post traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 

Mrs. Yango holds strong assessment, diagnostic and communication skills. She works effectively independently as well as collaborates with other professionals to provide great care for her patients. 

Joy is a great listener, empathetic, accountable, trustworthy and has great integrity in the care she provides for her patients. Joy uses a holistic approach to patient care. She is a great advocate for both professional psychotherapy, medication management and ongoing education to manage patient’s symptoms. Linda Osuji, PMHNP

Philosophy of Care

Linda Osuji is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Texas. She began her nursing career in 2015, caring for the mental health needs of individuals across the lifespan and in various settings including residential treatment centers, inpatient facilities and outpatient community mental health clinics. 

She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology at Texas Lutheran university and then switched careers to receive her Masters in Nursing at The University of Texas at Austin. Since then she has been providing evidence based and client centered care for individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety and psychotic disorders. 

With a passion for the field of psychiatry fueled by experience and empathy, her mission is to provide compassionate care that leaves each client with a sense of hope.

Philosophy of Care

Vanessa Longoria-Carter is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. She has received additional training through The Center for Anger Resolution to obtain the credentials of Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. She has received training in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is also certified in Hypnotherapy. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and then received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University-Central Texas.

Vanessa has provided therapeutic services in a variety of settings including outpatient, intensive outpatient, community based, home based, and school based. She has worked as a clinical supervisor to graduate level interns providing individual, group, and family counseling in adult and child focused facilities. During her training she worked almost exclusively with military families and their surrounding communities. Vanessa has specialized training and experience in the areas of child welfare, child abuse prevention and intervention, domestic violence prevention and intervention, divorce with dignity, solution focused therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, foster care and adoptions, blended families, immigration, and couples therapy for couples struggling with infidelity.

Mab provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management services  through Telepsychiatry. She is passionate about thorough evaluation, patient  teaching, holistic and collaborative care. So, your treatment will be customized, physical, psychosocial, and spiritual concerns considered, medical work-ups and  therapy referrals included when indicated.
