About Linda
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 9 years of experience supporting clients across all ages. I provide evidence-based care for autism, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders. I integrate psychotherapy, medication management, and personalized treatment planning to help each client strengthen daily functioning and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
I earned my master's degree in nursing from Walden University. My approach is nonjudgmental, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I focus on creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported. I pay close attention to details, honor each person’s strengths, and work to build trust throughout the treatment process.
I believe mental health impacts every part of life, and I am committed to helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. I support people from all backgrounds and encourage you to share your concerns openly. Together, we can explore your needs, build healthier coping skills, and take the next steps on your treatment journey.

"As a woman with a plethora of experiences, including loss, trauma, and adjustments, I have an in-depth understanding of how varied circumstances in life can affect our well-being."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose to be a psychiatric provider so as to share my knowledge and gradually reduce the rate of mental health taboo within the minority communities, and break cultural boundaries. I have personally seen neighbors and friends have had mental breakdown and no care was provided. The families were either ashamed of the situation or had awareness and resources to help the individual. I believe it is rewarding to see those who are often stigmatized get better.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Adults 18-64 years
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
That they are not alone, treatement is a journey and there is a team ready to help overcome the challenges.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a compassionate and empathetic listener. I also respect cultures and each individual, regardless of their age, race, and gender.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I see each person as human with legitamte feelings. A man has the right to cry just as a woman. I do not believe in suppressing emotions and letting them fester to a point it becomes physical.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I am a diligent listener. I let clients express themselves with no judgements and I establish trust so they can open up freely. When clients feel comfortable to express themselves, it enables treatment plans to be tailored to each individuals needs and thus produce a better outcome.
