Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a psychiatric provider because I’ve always been passionate about helping others navigate their mental health challenges. Witnessing the impact of compassionate care in my own life inspired me to create a safe space for individuals to explore their struggles and find healing. I believe that everyone deserves support and guidance on their journey to well-being.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients who are open to exploring their mental health challenges and are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. I particularly connect with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those seeking support during life transitions. My approach is collaborative, aiming to empower clients to find their own paths to healing and resilience.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I’m most excited to work with clients who are ready to embrace change and explore their personal growth. I particularly enjoy partnering with individuals facing anxiety or depression, as well as those navigating life transitions or seeking greater self-awareness. The opportunity to support someone on their journey toward healing and empowerment truly energizes me.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It’s a brave step toward understanding themselves better and making positive changes. The journey may have its challenges, but together we can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful growth and healing. You’re not alone in this process.

Their willingness to confront challenges and seek growth motivates me to provide the best support possible. Additionally, I draw inspiration from the latest advancements in mental health care and the potential for transformative change in people's lives.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. We’ll spend time discussing their concerns, goals, and any previous experiences with mental health care. This initial conversation helps me understand their unique needs, and together, we’ll begin to outline a path forward tailored to their individual journey.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, I aim to establish a trusting and safe space for the individual to share their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of their concerns, needs, and aspirations. By the end of the session, I hope to have collaboratively identified some initial goals and outline a path forward, ensuring they feel heard and empowered to continue their journey toward healing.
