Dr. Redziniak is a Licensed Practicing Psychologist. Prior to her education in psychology, she developed an extensive background in women's and gender studies as well as anthropology. She is passionate about helping young and emerging adults navigate life transitions, identity challenges, and other barriers that get in the way of a fulfilling life. Dr. Redziniak specializes in stress (including academic stress), depression, anxiety, women's issues, LGBTQ issues, and major life transitions. Dr. Redziniak completed her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) at Kean University's Nathan Weiss Graduate College.
