About Samantha
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience supporting women through life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. I am especially passionate about working with women navigating motherhood and the complex shift in identity that can come with it. I provide a warm, collaborative space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself.
I earned my master's degree in community counseling from the University of Missouri. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and focuses on creating safety, building insight, and developing practical tools for lasting emotional wellness. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel seen and actively involved in your growth.
Whether you are adjusting to new roles or feeling overwhelmed, I am here to help you find clarity and relief. Together, we will explore what may be standing in the way of your well-being and build strategies that support balance and joy. I look forward to connecting with you.

"I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood."

Working on mental wellness is a journey, and it will take time. Together we will uncover many layers of healing and growth that will lead to increased enjoyment of your life.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session we will get to know each other, go over your personal history, and we will begin to build goals together to work towards in your therapy journey.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I work with each client, working to find strategies that work for each person and their unique goals and needs.
