About Odette
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 6 years of experience providing comprehensive psychiatric care across diverse settings. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, risk and safety assessments, and individualized, evidence-based treatment planning. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, personality disorders, sleep disturbances, and challenges with attention and focus.
I earned my Master of Science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. My clinical approach is patient-centered, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I focus on collaborating with clients to develop treatment plans that support emotional stability, improved functioning, and long-term mental wellness.
I strive to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space where healing can occur at a pace that feels right for you. If you are seeking clarity, stability, or renewed hope, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, respect, and understanding as you work toward lasting balance and well-being.

"As a woman of color who has faced significant life challenges, including profound trauma, I believe in empowering individuals to trust themselves and embrace the possibility of a new beginning in pursuit of healing and overall well-being."

What types of clients do you work best with?
Odette has a particular interest in working with clients aged 14 and older who are living with a history of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, dual diagnoses, sleep disturbances, and difficulties with attention and focus.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Odette wishes that every client knew that healing does not require perfection or immediate answers. Progress often occurs in small, meaningful steps, and simply showing up for yourself is a powerful starting point.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where Odette will take the time to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore your goals for treatment.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Each session with Odette focuses on building trust, clarifying needs, and creating a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive.
