She has worked with individuals from adolescence to adulthood, treating a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, trauma, faith/spirituality, chronic illness, self-esteem, and grief. She is passionate about helping others heal, overcome challenges, and live balanced, healthy lives. Danielle received her master's in clinical mental health counseling from New Jersey City University and her certification in integrative health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also completed 8 weeks of mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) training from the Krame Center of Mindful living.

Danielle's background as a life coach allows her to further support clients' overall wellness by setting clear goals while also addressing self-defeating inner dialogue. Danielle takes a strengths-based, person-centered approach utilizing elements of talk therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. 

Heike Zelnhefer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about walking alongside adults on their journey of self-discovery and the path to a fulfilled life. Heike functions as a guide and walks alongside you through unique challenges. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma.

Heike completed her Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she graduated on top of her class. She completed her Master's degree in Social Work at NYU. She has gained experience working in NYC and has worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker in a busy Emergency Room for the past 7 years. Heike has been on the frontline through the COVID pandemic. Heike’s experience lies in stress management, trauma, PTSD, depression, life transitions and changes.
