Alexander "Alex" Arici is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience, who specializes in the treatment of individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, depression, personality disorders, and more. He is passionate about serving the needs of youth and young adults, as well as any who are navigating the struggles of managing life transitions throughout middle and late adulthood.

Alex was able to complete a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. He is a former foster care youth with personal experiences of navigating "the system" with all of its ups and downs. His eclectic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing (MI).

Life is complicated and hard enough as it is with all its joys and hardships. My name is Lilah Souza. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works with a variety of different backgrounds including children, teens, young adults, adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent individuals, and so on. 

I consider my approach to be warm, empathetic, client-centered, and eclectic. I do CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and expressive arts based therapy with my clients to help them get to a place where they can cope with life's challenges and feel like they're enough.

Reena Pawar is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating clients who are going through life changes, including divorce, career changes, adapting to college life as a young or older adult, and more. Reena’s background has equipped her with skills that are attuned to listening and working with individuals. She completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling at Saint Peter’s University.

Reena’s superpower is being a good listener, offering understanding, and being patient. She believes you can build empathy by not interrupting the client, not dismissing the client’s beliefs, not being judgmental, and not talking too much in general.

My name is Bianca Price, and I bring more than 20 years of dedicated service to individuals, youth, couples, and families throughout the state of New Jersey. Throughout my career, I have held multiple roles within the children’s system of care, ranging from direct work with children, families, adults, and couples to various levels of management. This versatility has deepened my appreciation for system partners and for the distinct role and meaningful impact I now have as a Mental Health Therapist.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I use current, evidence-based clinical interventions to create meaningful and lasting change for individuals receiving mental health support.
