Referral Partners are a huge part of our business and we want to make our process simple and reliable for you. Please make note of these quick and easy steps to ensure we are informed and able to care for your clients. Thank you in advance for trusting us with your people. We won’t let you down.
1. Clients might not always call to set their own appointments, so feel free to fax over their demographics sheet and we will call them directly. Your form is fine as long as it includes the client’s name, date of birth, insurance information, phone number and email at a minimum. We would also greatly appreciate diagnostics and recommendations from the doctor, nurse, or administrative staff member.

2. If the client or provider wants to speak to us directly, please feel free to call our main line. We will always answer or call back as soon as possible.

3. Oftentimes a provider will want handouts, rack cards, or other forms of “swag” to give to clients. It helps the client and our business so we are happy to help. If you call the scheduling line, we will schedule a visit/drop off from our marketing staff. You can always request a visit or marketing materials by email if you prefer. Send all email marketing requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best for you.
