Pam Goucher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arkansas and Tennessee with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, parenting and relationship issues.
Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her therapy style is eclectic, though she tends to lean more towards cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family origin issues.
Pam believes it's important to remember that whatever you're feeling is normal for what you are experiencing. Anyone in your situation would most likely be feeling the same way. You will figure it out together. Pam looks forward to working with you from the very first session.

As a female clinician with deep experience in mental health, I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively toward their goals.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 28 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a wide range of clinical settings. My professional experience includes school-based services, adult case management, inpatient psychiatric treatment, therapeutic foster care, and medical social work. Having worked continuously in the mental health field since 1996, I bring a deep understanding of the diverse challenges individuals and families face and a strong commitment to individualized care.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England. My therapeutic approach integrates solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and practical coping strategies that promote lasting growth and resilience.
In practice, I provide therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transition challenges. I value meeting you where you are and creating a safe, supportive space for healing and personal growth. When you’re ready, I welcome you to schedule an appointment and begin this work together.
