Vicki Robinson, CFO
Vicki Robinson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Thriveworks Conway office. With a bachelor’s degree in human resources and extensive experience in managing finances, she was the obvious choice for the job.
The CFO is tasked with more than just revenue and expenses for our office. She has the thankless responsibility to ensure payroll, health care, retirement and taxes are running smoothly. No one ever thinks twice about pay unless it is late or miscalculated, and Vicki ensures we are taken care of every time.
The CFO is also the chief logistician responsible for every purchase from the furniture and computers we use in session, to the beverages and Keurig cups our clients love so much. She approves every advertisement, all event production costs and each account with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. Her tasks are broad in scope and critical to the inner workings of this office.
Ultimately, the CFO has the single most difficult job of all. She has to be responsible for saying no when the budget is unable to allow for certain expenditures that the clinicians and the CEO believe they need. It is personal courage and integrity that are the true hallmark of a great CFO and Vicki Robinson carries these values in spades.
Amber is the scheduling and reception specialist for the Thriveworks Conway office. With extensive experience in customer service and a love for helping people, she was the obvious choice for the job.
The scheduling/reception specialist is tasked with more than just answering the phone and setting appointments. She must carefully hear the needs of the client. She must ask questions to ensure she understands how we can best serve the client. She must also build extensive records to enable top quality service from billing and our clinical experts. She is the “face” and the reassuring voice of our operation. She hears every concern, bears every burden, and replies with compassion every time. It is her job and she takes it very seriously. We love having her on our team and we know our clients will have a positive experience with Amber on point.
Amanda is the billing specialist for the Thriveworks Conway office. With extensive experience in customer service and amazing attention to detail, she was the obvious choice for the job.
The billing specialist is tasked with more than just checking insurance. She must carefully analyze the insurance coverage, develop systems to ensure 98% first time acceptance for each company, and coordinate with clients, clinicians, insurance companies and owners to ensure issues are quickly resolved. She is on point for all billing issues and must manage emotions, allay fears, and make critical decisions on behalf of the company and client. There is no challenge too great and no distance to far…she does it all for us. We love having her on our team and we know our clients will have a positive experience with Amanda on the team.
