Philosophy of Care Dr. lan Silbert is a psychotherapist in the state of Florida who has over 33 years of experience in practise. He received his Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Barry University in 1993 and he is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. Originally from SToronto, Canada, Dr. Silbert attended the University of Windsor and received his MSW in 1988; York University and received his BSW in 1987; and, the University Of Toronto completing a Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Music in 1985. Dr. Silbert brings an eclectic approach to providing counseling. Sarajo "Bunny" Falk Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist, with 30 years of experience. She has worked with adults, older adults, and couples, as well as providing supervision for psychology students and interns. Pain management, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss that often accompanies pain have been a special focus of her work. Dr. Falk believes that a collaborative relationship with the client is the most productive way to set goals and realize successful outcomes.

Dr. Falk earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Her career in the helping professions began as a Registered Nurse. Although not actively practicing as an RN, She remains licensed and stays current. The stresses and challenges of being a working mother of three children, and maintaining a work-life balance have not been forgotten. Dr. Falk's conceptual approach is from a cognitive-behavioral basis. Collaboration with the client is very important to ensure that she and the client are in agreement when it comes to treatment strategies and goals.

Harriet Zeikowitz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 25 years of experience working with biological parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, and the children in their lives. From her rich experience in creating home studies for pre-adoptive parents, Harriet understands the losses felt by her clients who are affected by infertility. She enjoys working with couples, helping them to solidify their relationship and in helping children to heal and to grow. Working with couples and families, Harriet helps reinforce attachments and helps family members with anxiety, depression or anger. She helps family members to trust each other and to understand each other’s needs.  

Harriet completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications at Queens College (City University of New York) and her Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. For over 20 years, Harriet worked with several programs affiliated with the Florida Department of Children & Families and with the children who experienced abuse and/or neglect. She taught classes in MAPP (Model Approach to Partnership in Parenting), ACT (Adoption Competency Training), and in PIP (Partnership In Parenting) regarding LGBTQ issues.

She employs a person-centric approach to help assist her clients to identify their own unique strengths and utilize them to overcome challenges, reach their goals, and improve their lives.
