What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
Beginning therapy is an act of courage, I am excited to work with client's who have made the decision to speak their mind and share their heart.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
During our first session my goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable to be yourself. You are the expert in your life so I will listen with empathy and understanding taking note of your strengths and existing coping skills that have brought you this far. My aim is to fully understand the reason you have made the decision to start therapy and what your expectations are for treatment by the end of the first session .
