Rachael Cohen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and substance abuse in adults. Rachael has 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Barry University.
Rachael's skills draw from recognized evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques, psychoeducation, as well as motivation and relaxation techniques.
