We offer both counseling and life coaching here at Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry Norwalk. Now, the two are very different. Counseling can help you work through mental health challenges and other life issues.

We’ve already touched on many of these challenges, but again, they include mental illness, relationship problems, grief and loss. Life coaching, on the other hand, is meant to help you achieve your goals and find greater success or fulfillment in your life.

The good news is that all of our life coaches are licensed professionals.
