I am a psychiatric provider with a background in inpatient and community mental health care. I earned my BSN from Central Connecticut State University and my master's degree from the University of Saint Joseph. Since 2020, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, including those with dual diagnoses. I support clients seeking relief from symptoms and meaningful improvement in their overall quality of life.
I take a client-centered and individualized approach, understanding that each person's needs are unique. I prioritize listening, collaboration, and thoughtful treatment planning, working with clients to find practical, realistic strategies that support long-term symptom improvement and overall well-being.
I strive to create a supportive, trusting environment where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you build a lasting foundation for your mental health. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a psychiatric provider to help reduce the stigma around mental health and to provide compassionate, highquality, and holistic care to individuals from all walks of life.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are seeking a longterm, collaborative relationship focused on ongoing growth. I support individuals navigating life transitions and managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD across different stages of life.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Seeking mental health treatment is not a weakness. Caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health, and it is a vital part of overall well-being.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
The first session is focused on understanding your story, not assigning labels. My goal is to build trust, learn about your experiences, and to start forming a strong therapeutic relationship while working together toward your goals.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I understand the impact mental health conditions can have on both individuals and their families, as well as the stigma that can come with seeking care. This awareness shapes my compassionate and nonjudgmental approach.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I take time to understand each patient holistically, including their goals, values, and vision for the future, so I can create a personalized treatment plan that supports their growth and well-being.
