She is also a Certified Anger Management Professional and a Certified Life Coach. Karyn has 20+ years of experience empowering adults and couples with anxiety, anger, depression, and trauma to become successful in every area of their lives. 

Karyn has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and her Masters of Science in Counseling from National Louis University in Chicago, IL. She has done post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She uses an eclectic and collaborative approach in her counseling practice. Jabreeka Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 10 years of experience providing a safe environment for a variety of populations of all ages including, but not limited to, adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with relationship issues, school or work-related stress, anxiety, depression, life transitional issues, and dysfunctional family dynamics.

Jabreeka completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Clark Atlanta University and her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Child and Adolescent Counseling at Richmont Graduate University.

Jabreeka meets clients where they are, utilizing an eclectic approach, including cognitive behavioral, person-centered, positive psychology, gestalt, emotionally-focused, and mindfulness techniques, always maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual and couple. Lauren Brown is a Resident Licensed Master Social Worker with 4 years of experience. She specializes in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, mental stress, life transitions, behavioral issues, ADHD, grief, and family conflict. Lauren has a broad background providing direct care to vulnerable populations, including 10 years working in child welfare supporting families involved in foster care. Her unique skill set allows her to connect with clients experiencing various life stressors, particularly those who have experienced the lack of resources needed to ensure quality of life.

Lauren earned her Master's in Social Work from Howard University. She tailors treatment to fit individual needs and may utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Allison Beal is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia who has 14 years of experience partnering with children, adolescents, adults, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, domestic violence, women’s issues, and relationship issues. 

She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of West Georgia and received her Master's degree in School Counseling from Mercer University.  Allison utilizes relational, collaborative, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, and emotionally-focused (EFT) approaches to therapy always maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual and couple.

Mrs. Glenn has a genuine passion for working with people that dates back to her teen years when she volunteered to work with children in foster care.
