I am an Asian American Woman that has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

I understand the stigma surrounding mental health, as well as the difficulties facing women, Veterans, and teens in communities of color which often prevent them from seeking assistance, living in confidence, and working toward their desired goals.

As an Asian-American woman growing up in the melting pot of Southern California, I understand the many issues of acculturation and the complexities of relationships across cultural and socio-economic boundaries.

As a therapist who has moved through mental health challenges herself, I understand the vulnerability and courage it takes to ask for help, and I also understand the strength it takes to go after and actually get that help.

I understand the unique needs of all people and make it my priority to make meaningful and relevant connections with every individual that I encounter.

I hear the heartbeat of your spoken and unspoken struggles, as well as your dreams yet to be realized. Together we will work to uncover the root cause and triggers that prevent you from being at peace with yourself and others, whether it involves issues of: addiction, depression, bipolar or other mood disorders, ADD, codependency, low self-esteem, PTSD, problems with anger management or conflict avoidance, or problems with emotional and sexual intimacy in marriage. And then, together, we move on to resolve issues you bring so that you can learn to have satisfaction and transformation in your life.
