About Karen
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 2 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, insomnia, and suicidal ideation. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and approach care with respect, empathy, and a whole-person perspective.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Western University of Health Sciences. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with trauma-informed care, clinical experience, and thoughtful observation. I value interdisciplinary collaboration and work closely with clients to develop treatment plans aligned with their needs and goals.
I believe healing is a collaborative process that honors both the mind and body. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will work toward stability, growth, and improved well-being at a pace that feels right for you.

"I am a nurse practitioner who addresses all mental health conditions."
