About Lily
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 13 years of experience supporting adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. I work from a warm, collaborative approach that honors cultural identity and lived experience. I strive to create a space where you feel accepted and empowered.
I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from California State University Long Beach. My work integrates relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. I draw on my understanding of different cultures and lived experiences to help clients feel grounded, understood, and supported.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we will explore your experiences with compassion and clarity so you can release old patterns, build resilience, and create a more meaningful life. I look forward to helping you feel more connected to yourself and hopeful about your path forward.

"I believe every human has the capacity to heal."
