About
I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence to all sessions to help you feel understood while supporting you in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
My name is Kaley Davis. I graduated from Capella University in June 2019 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a special interest and over 10 years of experience working with at-risk youth who have mild to severe emotional behavior disorders. Overall, I am committed to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families adjust to all seen and unforeseen situations that come about in their lives.
I use CBT techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I'll listen carefully, show empathy, create a safe space, and teach practical tools to help you make positive changes. The goal is to help you develop more balanced thinking, healthier coping strategies, and greater confidence in handling challenges.
I encourage you to take the next step in working through life stressors by scheduling an appointment with me.
