I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, combining practical tools with meaningful conversations to help you understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier relationships. I have experience supporting mental health challenges and substance use concerns, and helping clients recognize their strengths and move forward.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. If you’re ready to prioritize yourself and begin creating meaningful change, I invite you to schedule an appointment, and I look forward to walking with you.

"I’m a bilingual therapist who believes that healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strength"

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I chose to be a counselor because I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and discover that meaningful change is possible, even during difficult seasons of life.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, selfesteem concerns, or substance use and recovery.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Growth takes time, but with support, patience, and a willingness to take things one step at a time, meaningful change is possible.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. We’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our time together. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start; we’ll figure it out together.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My practice is guided by compassion, empathy, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity to grow and heal. I value creating a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, share their experiences openly, and feel understood without judgment. As a bilingual therapist, I appreciate the importance of honoring each person’s cultural background, values, and lived experiences.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

Whether we’re working through difficult emotions, building confidence, improving relationships, or navigating life changes, I strive to make our sessions meaningful, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. My goal is for every client to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes in a way that feels authentic to who they are.
