The number of life coaching sessions someone attends can differ based on the coach and the client’s choices. How many sessions are needed and how often they occur often hinges on the client’s objectives and the complexity of their concerns. Some clients might opt for a few sessions to tackle particular goals or issues, while others may decide on ongoing coaching sessions to work on personal growth and life enhancement over a more extended period of time. Thriveworks Woodstock therapists work with clients to create goals and potential timelines for treatment.

We’ve all been there- you wake up, stare at your ceiling and think I could be doing so much more.
Thriveworks Woodstock Life Coaching believes: Yes! You can! Let’s start getting there. It’s easy to imagine yourself on top of that mountain you’ve dreamed of climbing. But we all start in the same spot- down in the valley, staring up at the daunting challenge.
Whether you’re trying to decide to take that mountain path or have already started climbing, Thriveworks Woodstock Life Coaches are here to be your guide and biggest supporter as you achieve your dreams.
In many ways, Life Coaching is like counseling. In many ways, it is different. Both focus on moving past a mental, emotional, or physical block to a healthier, happier place in life. The difference is where you start.
Counseling’s goal is to heal. Life Coaching’s goal is to maximize. Think of an athlete who injures her leg. She’ll probably rest it, apply some ice, and go to physical therapy. In the same way, counseling heals stretched and scarred minds.
What if an athlete wants to push herself and become an even better athlete? She’ll train harder, maybe get a coach who can design workouts and encourage her on her way. She will learn how to maximize her energy, time, and resources.
Life coaching is designed to push you to where you want to be. It develops and practices skills you may not have known you have and can even create new ones! Where will you go, with professional guidance and unconditional support? Thriveworks Woodstock Life Coaching is incredibly diverse. Practically anything can be addressed in a coaching session. Some of the more common topics include:
Some people come to Life Coaching looking for a motivational pep talk. Others come looking for an in-depth dive into motives, decisions, and who they are. Both are great reasons to see a Thriveworks Woodstock Life coach!
If discontentment is a part of your life, or there’s a dream you can’t stop thinking about, a Woodstock Life coach could be perfect for you to reach new levels.
Our goal as Thriveworks Woodstock Life Coaches is to help you reach your full potential. Self-doubt is rampant in today’s society. A Life Coach session will help deconstruct those doubts and take a renewed look at your strengths. What that looks like will be different from person to person. Self-reflection and attainable goals are two pillars of life coaching though. Afterall, you know yourself better than any of our Life Coaches!
Thriveworks Woodstock practices a client-centered mindset. Your goals and dreams are front and center every session. We are simply your guides as you climb your mountain. Because of this, no two sessions will look the same.
What you walk away with will be different as well, but a few will be:
We can’t go our whole life merely surviving. Eventually, we will want to thrive. Thriveworks Woodstock Life Coaching is excited to start this new adventure in your life and see what new heights are achieved.
