Brad Hays is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 28 years of counseling experience. He is independently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. Given the current times in our society, therapists treating depression and anxiety are common. Brad specializes in treating those who are struggling with mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, life adjustments, divorce, grief, victims of abuse, sexual trauma, and anger management. I’ve worked in outpatient, short-term inpatient, and residential settings, and I have a particular passion for helping adults navigate the transitions that come with aging. I earned my Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and hold certification in tech-assisted counseling. Christina Garrett is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy across various clinical settings. She specializes in working with children ages 4 and up, supporting those navigating ADHD, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment challenges. Christina is a Registered Play Therapist and is known for her compassionate, strengths-based approach that fosters connection, resilience, and healing in every session.

Christina earned her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She integrates play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques to meet clients where they are and guide them toward growth. Her calm presence and deep empathy create a safe space for meaningful transformation.

Pam Goucher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arkansas and Tennessee with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, parenting and relationship issues.

Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her therapy style is eclectic, though she tends to lean more towards cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family origin issues.

Maylynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She completed her degree at ASU in 2009. She has worked in many different settings and with different diagnoses. Maylynn has experience practicing in inpatient, community mental health, non-profits, schools, and private practice. Her strengths are in self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, career goals, and a variety of other issues. She enjoys this work and is passionate about the pivotal transitional times in life. Maylynn completed her degree at ASU Jonesboro in 2009.

Maylynn utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and solution-focused techniques, as well as a variety of other person-centered skills. She enjoys building her toolbox and experiences gaining insight and knowledge in different areas. She has a unique way of looking at the world that can help encourage positive self-esteem.
