My goal is to meet you and help you make the transformation you want. I truly believe everyone has the strength to make the changes they want in their life. Sometimes you need someone to walk alongside you as you navigate life obstacles and upsets. When you feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or uncomfortable, I can help you work through these challenges so you can live with more clarity, purpose, and sustaining joy.

I specialize in CBT, Relational Theory, and EMDR. What can I help you with? Depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, body issues, and grief. If you are feeling depressed , you can expect to learn coping strategies. Feeling anxious? Expect a safe place to work through it. Are you struggling with past trauma? You can expect a judgement-free support zone.

I believe empathy, caring, and nonjudgement are the cornerstones of therapeutic relationships and are essential for therapy to be a success. I look forward to working with you, so you can reach your goals.
