I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 21 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I am passionate about helping clients build independence, autonomy, and practical skills that support more productive, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
I earned my master’s degree in professional counseling and my doctorate in organizational psychology from Argosy University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and reality-based approaches.
I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to develop a clear and personalized plan for growth and change. Together, we will focus on your goals, strengthen your coping strategies, and support meaningful progress toward a more purposeful, autonomous, and fulfilling life.
