About Grace
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 9 years of experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, and loss. I also work with clients seeking coping skills, emotional regulation, and ongoing mental health maintenance.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia. I take a person-centered approach to care and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and art-informed interventions to support self-awareness, emotional growth, and healing.
Reaching out for therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, and taking the first step requires courage. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey toward improved well-being.

"As someone who has worked with individuals ages 3 through adulthood, I am aware that each stage of life has its own set of challenges."

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
A foundation of trust is very important. The first session will be spent getting to know you, your goals, and how I can best support you
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
In the beginning we will work together to set goals based on the clients needs. Identifying which interventions could be most beneficial to the individual.
