I'm Toni, a nurse practitioner board-certified in psychiatric mental health and adult medicine. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care using a collaborative approach tailored to each individual's needs. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. Clients seek care to better understand their symptoms, improve coping skills, enhance focus, restore balance, and achieve greater emotional well-being. 

My goal is to help clients overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve emotional balance. I provide personalized treatment plans that may include medication management and practical strategies to improve coping skills. I am Owen Guthrie, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, with 7 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. With a background in both criminal justice and mental health, I understand how difficult it can feel to break free from cycles that no longer serve you. I partner with clients who feel weighed down but are ready for change, helping them build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and uncover their inner resilience.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Grand Canyon University. My approach draws from my experience in criminal justice and mental health to support individuals in breaking unhealthy cycles, building coping skills, and discovering their resilience to create lasting, meaningful change.
