About Owen
I am Owen Guthrie, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, with 7 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. With a background in both criminal justice and mental health, I understand how difficult it can feel to break free from cycles that no longer serve you. I partner with clients who feel weighed down but are ready for change, helping them build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and uncover their inner resilience.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Grand Canyon University. My approach draws from my experience in criminal justice and mental health to support individuals in breaking unhealthy cycles, building coping skills, and discovering their resilience to create lasting, meaningful change.
I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, and I believe no one should face them alone. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and valued. I invite you to take the first step toward healing and growth by reaching out today—you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
