About Frederick

Fritz Potter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of experience with children, single parents, families, spouses, active duty, veterans, and the homeless. From his learnings and experience, Fritz has helped clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)/trauma, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Fritz also counsels people who have experienced physical and emotional abuse. He is a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP).


Fritz earned his first Master's in Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma and his second in Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University. Fritz combines humanistic, holistic, and spiritual therapies along with solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive restructuring, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing.
