Brad Hays is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 28 years of counseling experience. He is independently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. Pam Goucher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arkansas and Tennessee with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, parenting and relationship issues.

Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her therapy style is eclectic, though she tends to lean more towards cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family origin issues.

Maylynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She completed her degree at ASU in 2009. She has worked in many different settings and with different diagnoses. Maylynn has experience practicing in inpatient, community mental health, non-profits, schools, and private practice.
