Are you experiencing stress, feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, and lonely? Have your resorted to substances alone to deal with life? Are you having issues communicating with your significant other? Are you lost in life and too stressed or lonely to make changes? Do you have longstanding issues, perhaps maybe from childhood, that have not been manageable? Do you need help figuring out who you are, and what you would love to do with your life?

I am here to help you sooth excessive worrying, sadness, loneliness, fears, addictions, and/or anger, or anything that keeps you from functioning in life. I am a licensed psychotherapist and chemical dependency counselor working out of Fort Worth, TX, and I will provide a safe, warm, and trusting environment. I use a variety of therapy methods including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, reality therapy, and psychoanalytic/Jungian therapy. When dealing with longstanding issues especially from childhood, I use a combination of psychoanalysis, analytical/Jungian, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you make changes to yourself and your life.

My educational background includes a bachelor of science degree in rehabilitation studies, a master of science in rehabilitation counseling, and 72 hours of a doctoral studies in Jungian psychology. I attended the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, TX.
