I am inspired by the resilience of my clients and their courage to seek growth and healing. I find fulfillment in providing compassionate support, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, and seeing them regain hope and confidence. I take a collaborative approach, ensuring clients feel heard and supported while developing a personalized plan to help them move forward toward healing and growth.

In the first session, l aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. l seek to understand their concerns, mental health history, and goals for treatment. Together, we will develop a personalized plan, ensuring clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to take the next steps toward healing.

Clients should know that l take a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and client-centered approach to care. l value open communication and collaboration, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to individual needs. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other concerns, she is dedicated to creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Outside of work, l enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, and engaging in creative hobbies like reading, writing, or painting. l also value self-care through mindfulness, exercise, and trying new recipes. Staying balanced and recharged allows her to bring the best support and energy to her clients.

l am defined by her deep sense of empathy and curiosity about the world. l love connecting with people, learning their stories, and finding meaning in everyday experiences.
