Are you experiencing stress, feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, and lonely? Have you resorted to substances alone to deal with life? Are you having issues communicating with your significant other? Are you lost in life and too stressed or lonely to make changes? Do you have longstanding issues, perhaps maybe from childhood, that have not been manageable? Do you need help figuring out who you are, and what you would love to do with your life?
Marcia is here to help you soothe excessive worrying, sadness, loneliness, fears, addictions, and/or anger, or anything that keeps you from functioning in life. She will provide a safe, warm, and trusting environment. Marcia uses a variety of therapy methods including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, reality therapy, and psychoanalytic/Jungian therapy. When dealing with longstanding issues, especially from childhood, Marcia uses a combination of psychoanalysis, analytical/Jungian, reality therapy, and CBT to help you make changes to yourself and your life.

"The goal of my psychoanalytic, solution-focused, strength-based psychotherapy approach is to stimulate and initiate a healthy inner dialogue around troublesome, challenging mental health and psychic conditions, and help individuals navigate ways to a more balanced, wholesome self and a satisfying quality of life.
