Laura Dyott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has focused her career on working with teenagers, young adults, children, and parents who are experiencing difficulties in life. Laura completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Special Education at York College of Pennsylvania and her Master of Social Work with a focus on clinical practice with children and families at Monmouth University. 

In counseling, Laura focuses on meeting clients where they are in their journey and understanding their experience alongside identifying what skills or support is needed in helping them meet their goals. These skills can range from cognitive behavioral, anger management, mindfulness, acceptance, and relational approaches.

Naomi Rybalov is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping adults, couples, and the elderly address challenges and live a happier life. Naomi is a former case manager, which equipped her to guide clients through external challenges they may face outside of therapeutic sessions and also cultivated a holistic perspective within her, enabling her to consider not only the psychological aspects of a client's life but also the practical and systemic factors that impact their well-being.    Naomi completed her Master of Science at Grand Canyon University. Naomi utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).    Naomi deeply values the unique journey each individual brings, and she understands that reaching out for support can be a courageous step. Kimberly Heitzman is a Licensed Social Worker with 11 years of experience in mental health. She began her professional career working in family preservation and general protective services casework. She worked with emergencies, the court system, behavioral health, drug and alcohol issues, and the justice system. Then, she worked as a behavioral specialist. Anxiety, depression, ODD, self-esteem, anger management, grief, and family therapy are great strengths of hers when providing therapy services. She loves working with teens and young adults and has experience with family systems.

Kimberly graduated from Bloomsburg University. She is able to see clients as human and understands that people cope with things in their own way. She also likes to go back to the basics and discuss emotions, how clients respond to those emotions, and how they affect their overall well-being.

Ever since she was young, Kimberly has been a “helper.” She has also experienced significant trauma and grief in life and utilized therapy services to help process those things. It has allowed her to remain humble and understand that everyone has been dealt a different hand in life, and we all process and manage those things in our own way.

Deidre Campen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), licensed in the state of Minnesota. Deidre has extensive experience in working with adults with ADHD, women’s issues, depression, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. 

Deidre completed her Bachelor of Social work at the University of South Florida and received her Master of Science degree with a specialization in mental health counseling from Capella University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Deidre brings her personal experiences with living with ADHD and having children with ADHD as well. Deidre uses a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, rational emotional counseling, person-centered therapy, and reality therapy. Deidre customizes each session to meet the clients’ needs.

She is an eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) who is highly dedicated and passionate about attachment and trauma-informed care. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and and eclectic approaches. She is also a PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) provider for families/parents who need support in dealing with their children’s behavioral issues.
