I am a licensed professional counselor with three years of experience. I earned my Master of Arts from Franciscan University of Steubenville and have specialized training in CBT, ACT, solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I typically work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, and trauma. Whether navigating a specific crisis or pursuing personal growth, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to achieve their goals.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw primarily from CBT, helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills. Robert Frazier is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in an adult outpatient setting, specializing in adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety and panic disorders, various mood disorders, bereavement, PTSD/trauma, stress management, and psychotic disorders. Previously, Robert worked in inpatient partial hospitalization settings with both adult and geriatric populations.

Robert earned his Master’s in Group Process and Psychotherapy from Hahnemann University. Robert assists individuals and groups using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, and somatic approaches.

Dr. David Harman is a Licensed Psychologist who has extensive experience assisting people to overcome difficulties such as depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and trauma. In all cases, Dr. Harman seeks to help individuals to develop a more positive and creative outlook on their life. He has 32 years of experience in the field and is authorized through PSYPACT to practice teletherapy in 42 participating states.

Dr. Harman completed his Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Chicago. He has received extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic family therapy, and he has received advanced training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for the treatment of trauma.

Dr. Harman seeks to help individuals and families to experience emotional and spiritual healing, grounded in the practical realities of life. As part of that process, he assists people to tap into the wisdom of their body to help them to find their natural resilience and inner strength. Dr. Harman believes that challenges, however daunting, can become doorways to far greater personal freedom and fulfillment.

Mariah Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 2 years of experience working in the field. She has gained experience working with age groups from children to adults. Mariah specializes in trauma, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and life transitions. As someone with a physical disability, Mariah has personal experience with adapting to unique obstacles and coming up with creative ways to transition well to unexpected challenges. Mariah hopes that these experiences will provide a more empathetic understanding of her clients’ challenges and lend to working collaboratively with her clients.

Mariah graduated with her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Eastern University with a concentration in trauma studies. Mariah uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy as modalities to support her collaborative work with her clients. Mariah also strongly believes in an integrative approach.

Mariah deeply values the strengths and exceptional abilities that her clients bring to the session. She is confident that she can help foster growth in her clients and remind them of the unique capabilities that they already possess.
