As mental health counselor with years of experience working with individuals and couples, I am able to understand the multiple challenges that life presents to us at times.

I strongly believe in our natural desire and ability to grow and heal. Sometimes, however, we need some help and guidance along the way.

As a counselor, I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, empowering, and empathetic space for my clients to grow in their goals and gain the skills/tools to manage their depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

I understand that our society can view mental health negatively, but my goal is to redesign mental health care and make it assessable to all walks of life without discrimination.
