Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Ever since I was little, I have had a deeply rooted desire to make a meaningful difference in others' lives and help them thrive. I have found great satisfaction in connecting with others, understanding their unique stories and situations, and offering support during challenging times.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am most excited to work with clients who are ready for change and are committed to doing the work.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
You are precious despite all the hardships in your life. "You are not what has happened to you. You are what you choose to become" - Carl Jung.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In our first session, we will get to know each other and gain an understanding of how to proceed in your care. We will discuss topics such as your reason for seeking counseling, family and relationship history, mental health history, and other important aspects of your life.
