Ngozi Nwosu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience and a passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals. As the daughter of immigrants, Ngozi spent over two decades navigating the diverse cultural landscape of the United States, bringing a unique perspective to her clinical practice. She works with children, teenagers, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, mental stress, and life transitions. Ngozi is committed to creating a supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and understood, regardless of their cognitive style.
Ngozi received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from PACE University and MSW from CUNY Hunter College. She incorporates tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy with pop culture references, imaginative techniques, and creative problem-solving to make treatment engaging and meaningful.
