What types of clients do you work with best?
I work well with anyone who is willing to put in the work. Making changes is challenging and can be uncomfortable, but the end result can be life changing. If you are willing to do the work, I'm willing to walk beside you.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I really enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety. Untreated anxiety can lead to so many other issues, which lead to people missing out on living their lives; but it is a very treatable condition and with practice and work it can become manageable. I greatly enjoy helping people take back control of their lives from their anxiety so they can get to a more enjoyable place.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I have enjoyed providing therapy services remotely as it has allowed me to reach people from all over Arizona. Working with Thriveworks allows me to become connected with more individuals who are seeking help and ready to make changes.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session we will go over your medical and mental health history and explore the areas that led you to seek treatment. We will get to know each other as I get a feel for what motivated you to seek help and what changes you would like to work towards.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session I hope to establish a connection and a common goal that we will work to achieve as a team.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my time off I enjoy playing several sports, exercising, being outside, or going to the lake. I also greatly enjoy reading, cooking, and being with friends and family.
