Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Janna became a counselor because she believes deeply in the power of connection and the human capacity for growth and healing. Through personal and professional experiences, Janna witnessed how meaningful support can help people reclaim their strength, heal from pain, and move forward with clarity and purpose. This inspired her to pursue clinical social work—where she could combine empathy with evidence-based tools to walk alongside people on their journey toward change
