I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, adults, and caregivers in managing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and school-related stress. I specialize in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, helping parents and guardians develop stronger parenting skills and foster healthier caregiver-child relationships. I also provide care to individuals managing bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. My background includes peer support, crisis intervention, children’s partial hospitalization, and school-based therapy.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, where I specialized in trauma and the treatment of children and families. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to meet my clients’ needs.

Alexandra Lerman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking support in coping with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, school issues, family and relationship conflicts, and behavioral issues.

Alexandra completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Rutgers University and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montclair State University. Her hope is to collaborate with clients in order to inform a treatment plan that best meets their needs. Alexandra utilizes several evidenced based practices within her approach including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, play therapy, and person-centered therapy (PCT).

Stephanie Locatelli is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in providing compassionate care in the mental health field. Stephanie specializes in supporting adolescents and adults with a range of symptoms and challenges, including depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss, life adjustments or transitions, personality disorders, and behavioral concerns.

Stephanie earned a Master's in Social Work at Stockton University. Stephanie holds experience in direct care and management, which has focused on the importance of clinical care. Stephanie utilizes a variety of clinical approaches as she acknowledges that each person benefits from a personalized approach to address unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Stephanie recognizes the power of empathy and practical tools to help one find peace. She has a deep desire to facilitate healing, personal growth, and self-discovery. Her goal is to create a space where individuals feel comfortable, understood, and empowered while exploring the root causes of personal challenges.

Danielle Miksza is an EMDR therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. She also supports clients navigating grief, women’s issues, and major life transitions. Danielle integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a focus on personal narrative, helping clients process painful experiences and reshape the stories they tell about themselves. She also draws on her background as a life coach to support clients in building resilience, setting meaningful goals, and creating lasting change.

Danielle received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Jersey City University and completed her EMDR basic training through EMDRIA. Danielle takes an integrative approach, utilizing EMDR, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness.
