Rebecca Hockridge is a licensed professional counselor as well as a licensed school counselor. She has a diverse portfolio that includes specializing in attention deficit issues, anxiety, depression, and general life stage adjustment which includes family and youth counseling. Rebecca also is an experienced career and life transition counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State where she also studied women’s issues. After working as a social worker for more than 10 years, she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling at Oakland University. She uses a systems approach to counseling and specializes in treating the whole individual as part of the unique system. Her counseling approach is holistic with an emphasis on a healthy system environment that utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. Her goal is to help you find meaning and focus in your life by utilizing a warm, caring, and practical counseling approach. Marya (Maria) Drygalski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Addictions Specialist, and Employee Assistance Professional in the state of Michigan who has over 33 years of experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adults, couples, and families seeking help with anxiety/depression, trauma, and life transitions. She is a STARS Provider for Veterans and Military Families and received training through the Ann Arbor Center for the Family. 

Marya completed her Master's Degree at the University of Michigan and can provide biblical, faith-based counseling for those clients desiring to incorporate their Christian faith in the therapeutic process. Marya utilizes evidence-based practices including collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, mindfulness, solution-focused, systems and supportive therapy approaches in treating the whole person and endeavors to maintain a positive, nurturing environment that is safe and consistent where you are valued, heard, and accepted.

My name is Kristen, and I have over 8 years of experience in the mental and medical health fields. I graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Walden University with a Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. I hold an NCC and am certified in ART and DBT. I work with individuals ages 13-99 across challenges including career exploration, work/life balance, marital conflicts, stress management, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, and depressive, bipolar, and anxiety symptomology. I uncover clients' strengths, values, and dreams to help navigate what brings the success they desire. 

I work to make sessions welcoming, warm, and safe—assessing how each client learns (tactile, visual, auditory) and what worked or didn't in past therapy. I'm a "meat and potatoes" therapist: I won't waste clients' time taking the long way around issues. With compassion, I dig to the source, tailoring sessions to each client's diagnoses and learning style.

Rosemary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan. Rosemary has worked as a counselor for over ten years with clients across a broad spectrum, who are dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, procrastination, domestic violence, career/vocational exploration, and sexual abuse.

Primarily, Rosemary uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psycho-educational, and person-centered modes of therapy when she interacts with clients. Together, the client and Rosemary, select goals and then work to bring these to fruition.
