Dellmus earned his Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from North Carolina Central University. As a therapist, he utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, Rogerian methods, culturally sensitive methods, and emotionally-focused techniques. Dellmus understands the unique issues surrounding those in the LGBT community, as well general concerns that all individuals deal with daily.

He enjoys working with individuals as they maneuver through life challenges, whether that be identity issues, dealing with anger issues, behavioral issues, or navigating through life issues. Katherine Glaser, LCSW

Philosophy of Care

Katherine Glaser, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in Mental Health with Thriveworks. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work from Indiana University. Since then she has worked in the community hospitals network, community mental health, and close to a decade of work in mental health with the Veterans Administration. She then worked in the private practice setting for five years before starting her career at Thriveworks.

She works with children over the age of 10, adults and couples. Her practice style is an eclectic approach using CBT, interpersonal, mindfulness, play therapy, the strengths perspective, trauma informed care and DBT. Ms. Glaser enjoys working with a wide variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, childhood and parenting issues.

Martin F. Hill, Sr. is a native of Detroit, MI. He attended Indiana University-Bloomington receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He attended Michigan State University and received his Master of Arts in Counseling and his Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology. He has over 25 years of clinical experience and 15 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Martin F. Hill, Sr. is very engaging with clients establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. He uses cognitive behavioral techniques centered on addressing emotional concerns, developing solutions using evidenced backed techniques and promoting client centered approaches. He is experiences in address multicultural and LGBTQIA+ issues. He is flexible, encouraging, optimistic and focused on improving overall well-being of each client.
