About
As a therapist, I provide a warm, down-to-earth space where you can feel heard, while giving you the practical tools to step confidently into your growth.
Hi! I am Ebonik Corbett, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I specialize in partnering with adults and teenagers ages 14 and up navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, substance use, trauma, and self-esteem. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling completely overwhelmed by stress, struggling to balance demanding daily responsibilities, or feeling stuck going through the motions. Whether you are seeking relief from a harsh inner critic, trying to process heavy life changes, or looking for practical ways to manage your mental health, my goal is to help you build lasting, positive growth.
My style is down-to-earth and focused on real results using CBT, DBT, MI, narrative, strength-based, and solution-focused strategies. I offer a warm space to be yourself while keeping you focused on your goals. I can seamlessly incorporate a faith-based perspective for clients who desire it, always completely respecting your personal journey.
No matter how fast-paced or overwhelming life feels right now, you do not have to figure it out all on your own. Your feelings are valid, and meaningful change is entirely possible. I invite you to take the next step toward your healing and happiness by scheduling an appointment with me today; I look forward to working alongside you.
