Reece Cumbo is a Supervisee in Social Work with 14 years of experience in his field. He specializes in supporting individuals and families with issues including mental stress, life transitions, domestic abuse, family conflict, and gender identity concerns. Reece has a background in youth counseling in diverse settings such as homes, schools, probation, out-of-home placement, and out-of-school placement. He values creating a safe space for clients and ensures inclusive, affirming care for everyone regardless of background, beliefs, or orientation.

Reece has a Master of Social Work from East Tennessee State University. He often uses his expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy to foster genuine connections and empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Dayton Olsen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience. He specializes in supporting individuals of all ages through substance use/addiction, mood disorders, serious mental illness, trauma/PTSD, and stress-related conditions. Dayton has a diverse background in community healthcare settings. He takes the perspective that most emotional and mental pain is a result of emotional injury or unresolved emotion and by extension, talk therapy is something that facilitates the mind and body’s natural healing process.

Dayton graduated from Radford University with a Master of Science in Counselor Education. He utilizes existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and motivational intervewing. Dayton is only providing EMDR in-person at this time.

Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. She is an experienced practitioner working with people of all ages but has come to specialize in adolescents through adulthood. Some of the diagnoses that Kyle is experienced in treating include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, family systems and attachment disorders, substance-related disorders, stage of life changes, and grief and loss. 

Kyle has extensive experience in providing trauma-informed care with several years of experience working in the hospital setting. Kyle also has experience in supporting first responders, medical professionals, and military personnel in addition to other professions that experience increased critical incidents and increased risk for PTSD and caregiver fatigue. Her many years in the Emergency Room setting provide her with a unique understanding of the needs of these amazing Heroes.

Kyle has a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has worked in community mental health and private practice settings for several years. Tami received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston Victoria. She approaches counseling from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered approach and uses a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy.
