I am an LPC with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in both community-based settings and private practice, supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults and specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
I earned my master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Oklahoma. My clinical approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am trauma-trained. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs while providing practical tools to support emotional growth and long-term change.

I have extensive experience working with adults in crisis, including those navigating severe mental illness, suicidal ideation, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders. My clinical background includes work in psychiatric hospital settings, providing intensive therapeutic support.

The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Oklahoma City therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
