About Dianna
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working with adults in crisis, including those navigating severe mental illness, suicidal ideation, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders. My clinical background includes work in psychiatric hospital settings, providing intensive therapeutic support.
I hold a master’s in counseling psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. My eclectic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I am open-minded and nonjudgmental, and I incorporate humor into sessions when appropriate to help build connection and ease difficult conversations.
I consider it a privilege to support individuals as they move through their healing journey. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. If you feel we may be a good fit, I invite you to schedule an appointment to get started.

"Socrates taught that we have all the answers within our innermost selves; we just need to ask or be asked the right questions. I approach therapy in much the same way, and I hope to serve as a guide on yourjourney towardsa deeper understanding of yourself."
