About Provider

About Christopher

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's needs. I currently specialize in working with adults experiencing grief, relationship issues, complex PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking lasting change, I provide a supportive, collaborative space to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.

I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals. I help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck while developing practical skills for lasting change. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where healing, insight, and growth are balanced with actionable strategies that create change in and outside of therapy.

I believe therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable—you can laugh, feel genuine connection, and still make progress. You deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and truly seen. You don't have to face this alone. If you're ready to create meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

Get to know Christopher

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I was fascinated by Psychology when I was younger and wanted to learn everything about it.

What types of clients do you work best with?

Honestly I make it my mission to connect with every client that comes in.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Other people's emotions are not your responsibility to manage, but yours are.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

I like to get a good Idea of what progress would look like for each individual and then use that as a way to make a road map for getting better.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

By listening very closely to what they need.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

I think honestly, reliability and professionalism.
